Fisher on his way out of Tennessee?

NFL Network insiders Jason La Canfora and Michael Lombardi doubled up on the Around the League desk on Wednesday, taking a look at coaches considered to be on the hot seat.

Both hear that the latest out of Houston is that head coach Gary Kubiak will stay on board, possibly joined by Wade Phillips as defensive coordinator. The picture in Nashville appears to be quite different. La Canfora and Lombardi both hear rumblings that Jeff Fisher is on his way out, and would be in play as the next head coach of the Dallas Cowboys.
