Holt: Woodley tops Pro Bowl snubs on defense
Published: December 28th, 2010 | Tags: LaMarr Woodley
Torry Holt is right. All of the Steelers’ linebackers probably could be Pro Bowlers on a yearly basis. Unfortunately, only James Harrison made it this year, leaving LaMarr Woodley as one of Holt’s snubs.
Holt’s got a point, too. Woodley has been all over the field this season, with 8.5 sacks, three forced fumbles and two interceptions (one for a touchdown). But that’s how it goes sometimes. If Woodley’s lucky, the Steelers will be playing in the Super Bowl, which would make this snub nonsense a moot point.
Check the above video for the rest of Holt’s and Charles Davis‘ defensive snubs.
