Chiefs QB Cassel throwing TDs again, even to Bowe

Chiefs QB Matt Cassel is throwing touchdowns again. Just a few weeks outside of an appendectomy procedure that threatened to wreck the Chiefs playoff hopes along with some of your fantasy hopes.

That is great news. Not so much if you are waiting for WR Dwayne Bowe to get back track.

Cassel has already thrown two touchdown passes against the Titans, both to RB Jamaal Charles. The bigger concern for Bowe owners is if the Chiefs put this game out of reach early in this game (and the Chiefs are driving again).

That would mean more attempts for Charles and RB Thomas Jones, less targets for Bowe.

That point, however, has just been rendered moot because of a long touchdown pass to Bowe. Welcome back big fella.

And on the opposite side, a big lead for the Chiefs could mean more targets for Titans WR Kenny Britt, who many of you have come to count on this fine championship Sunday.
