- Packers coach Mike McCarthy said during his postgame news conference QB Aaron Rodgers had a “clear” head but was experiencing a headache as the result of the concussion he suffered against the Lions. Starting LG Daryn Colledge and OLB Frank Zombo sustained knee injuries and didn’t return.
- Rex Ryan said he didn’t know the extent of injuries to RT Damien Woody (right knee) and DL Trevor Pryce (hip), and said RB Shonn Greene (neck) could have returned against the Dolphins.
- Sean Payton said RB Chris Ivory was held out due to a hamstring injury that became an issue early on against the Rams. Payton said the signs were “positive” on injured WR Courtney Roby, who had feeling in his hands and feet.
- The Patriots lost CB Devin McCourty (rib) and DL Ron Brace (head). Neither player returned against the Bears.
- The Seahawks continue to be hit by injuries at receiver. Coach Pete Carroll said WR Deon Butler sustained a broken leg, while WR Brandon Stokley was ruled out after a hamstring injury during the fourth quarter.
- 49ers starting LG Mike Iupati was sidelined by a shoulder stinger. Linebackers NaVorro Bowman (hamstring), Patrick Willis (hand) and Takeo Spikes (hand) also sustained injuries, reported Matt Maiocco.
- The Broncos lost S Kyle McCarthy (knee) and OLB Kevin Alexander (ankle) against the Cardinals.
- Kevin Acee reported DE Jacques Cesaire (knee) and LB Brandon Siler (rib) were injured against the Chiefs.
- Bills coach Chan Gailey said WR Lee Evans (ankle) is out indefinitely and could miss the final three games of the season.
- Browns OLB David Bowens was ruled out after sustaining a head injury during the fourth quarter against the Bills.
- The Panthers lost DE Everette Brown to a wrist injury against the Falcons.
- Lions LB Landon Johnson (neck) and CB Brandon McDonald (broken arm) were sidelined against the Packers.
- Bengals FS Chinedum Ndukwe didn’t return against the Steelers following a knee injury in the second quarter.
- Buccaneers HC Raheem Morris said rookie DT Gerald McCoy (biceps injury) could be done for the rest of the season, and LB Quincy Black (broken forearm) is “potentially” done for the season as well .
