NFL.com senior writer Steve Wyche reports that Falcons CB Dunta Robinson will start vs. Tampa Bay. Robinson sustained a concussion after he and Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson were knocked out of their game in Week 6 after a frightening collision in which the Falcons’ cornerback launched himself head first to make a tackle. Robinson was fined $50,000 by the league, but said he will appeal the NFL’s ruling.

Six-time Pro Bowl TE Antonio Gates will miss a game for the first time in his eight-year NFL career Sunday after the Chargers declared him inactive against the Texans because of a toe injury.

Apparently Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Roy Williams isn’t kidding, telling the Dallas Morning News that he believes the 1-6 team can run the table to go 10-6 and make the playoffs.

Could there be more playing time on the horizon for Cowboys RB Tashard Choice? That is the word, according to the Dallas Morning News. Choice told the paper that he was going to be part of the Cowboys rotation this week against the Packers. But coach Wade Philips seemed rather ambivalent about the whole thing.
