With three running backs (DeAngelo Williams, Jonathan Stewart, Tyrell Sutton) sitting out because of injuries, the Panthers will turn to Mike Goodson against the Buccaneers’ 30th-ranked rushing defense.

For the Bucs, WR Sammie Stroughter (foot) is inactive after not participating in practice this week and being listed as questionable on the team’s final injury report. LB Quincy Black also was questionable this week while nursing an ankle injury, but he will not play.

However, RT Jeremy Trueblood will return to the Bucs’ lineup after missing the last two games with a knee injury.
