This whole quasi running back-by-committee thingy is happening with the Vikings — I’m not a fan.

Vikings rookie RB Toby Gerhart is getting into the mix, taking carries away from Adrian Peterson. Yeah, we are left with only a handful of exclusive running backs in the NFL. And maybe Peterson becoming somewhat of a committee back was an inevitability, like cell phones, microwave ovens and Sarah Palin‘s impending run for president.

That does not mean that we have to like it.

I get that coach Brad Childress is not happy just alienating his players, he has to draw the ire of fantasy enthusiasts, too. Congratulations Chilly, you just made the list.
