Turner struggles, but still a must-start RB

Forgive me for any confusion, but when I said last week that Michael Turner was matchup-proof, you all knew I was talking about Sunderland defender Michael Turner of the English Premier League, right? That was the guy I was telling you to start, in your fantasy futbol leagues.
Not buying this?
That was a pretty awful performance by the Falcons’ Turner. Nothing like starting your fantasy league with three points heading into the weekend. As much fun as it is playing guys with Monday night matchups, this is the horror of playing guys on Thursday night. One bad game kind of ruins the start of your weekend.
(Trust me, I am with you there, as I started Turner going against my rival Doc Z. Thankfully, he had Ravens RB Ray Rice, who did not have a great stat line, either. But I digress.)
The key here is not to overreact or put Turner on “the list.” I am still going to start Turner, even with tough matchups upcoming against St. Louis and Green Bay. Turner was on a roll in recent weeks, so consider me committed to him.
That does not mean I will stop complaining about Turner, or Falcons coach Mike Smith‘s game plan that had QB Matt Ryan throw 50 times against the Ravens. Because that is something that could get a coach put on the list.
