Shanahan is back to his old tricks again

Redskins coach Mike Shanahan has never been a favorite of fantasy owners, and he’s reminding us why once again.
Rich Campbell of the Free Lance-Star is reporting on his Twitter page that Shanahan won’t say who will start this week between Ryan Torain and Clinton Portis.
Both backs are dealing with injuries, as Torain has a hamstring ailment and Portis continues to deal with a groin problem. At this point it looks like Torain is the best bet for carries — he was able to practice on Thursday while Portis sat of most of the workout — but fantasy leaguers need to check back on Friday for the practice report.
Right now, I’d expect Torain to be a low-end No. 2 fantasy back or flex starter. If neither Torain nor Portis is active, Keiland Williams will get the call o Monday night against the Eagles.
