Colts RB Brown looks like a Week 10 sleeper

Phillip Wilson of the Indianapolis Star reports on his Twitter page that Joseph Addai (shoulder) and Mike Hart (ankle) both missed practice on Thursday. Neither looks like they will be active in Week 10.
That scenario leaves Donald Brown to start for the Colts for the second straight week. The Bengals have allowed an average of over 17 fantasy points per game to running backs, so Brown is well worth a look as a low-end No. 2 fantasy back or flex starter in all leagues.
Javarris James figures to see goal-line work, but he’s more of a desperation flex option in deeper leagues.
Wilson also reports that Jacob Tamme (back) was able to practice and is expected to start. He’s been on fire the past two games and is a top-three fantasy option at the tight end position this week.
