Falcons’ Robinson returning to action vs. Bucs

NFL.com senior writer Steve Wyche reports that Falcons CB Dunta Robinson will start against the Buccaneers in an NFC South showdown at the Georgia Dome.

Robinson sustained a concussion after he collided with Eagles WR DeSean Jackson in a Week 6 game. Robinson launched himself head first to make a tackle, so the NFL fined him $50,000, although the cornerback said he will appeal the league’s ruling.

Falcons FB Ovie Mughelli also is active and expected to start, according to Wyche. Mughelli had been nursing a hamstring injury, was limited in practice this week and had been listed as questionable on the Falcons’ final injury report.

Falcons rookie LB Sean Weatherspoon (knee), who also had been listed as questionable, is inactive.

For Tampa Bay, WR Sammie Stroughter (foot) is inactive after not participating in practice and being listed as questionable on the injury report.
