Titans WR Britt expected out for ‘extended period’

Titans coach Jeff Fisher told the Tennessean that he expects WR Kenny Britt to be out an ‘extended period of time.’
Britt hurt his hamstring early in the Titans loss at San Diego, and watched the remainder of the game in street clothes.
Obviously this is a huge blow, as Britt had become a fantasy headliner this season. The Titans do have a bye in Week 9, so fantasy enthusiasts will have to hope he can return in Week 10 at Miami. WR Nate Washington hauled in four passes for 117 yards and a touchdown in Britt’s absence.
The Titans also lost QB Vince Young in the fourth quarter, and he was replaced by QB Kerry Collins.
