Tank Johnson sidelined by knee injury

The Bengals have been playing without DT Tank Johnson for most of the second half against the Dolphins after he injured his right knee early in the third quarter.

The Bengals announced that Johnson was questionable to return. Johnson had to be helped as he limped off the field, and he was brought to the locker room, according to an Associated Press report.

Pat Sims has replaced Johnson alongside NT Domata Peko. The Bengals already were playing without DE Antwan Odom, who is serving the second of a four-game suspension for violating the NFL’s policy on performance-enhancing substances.
