If you are desperate for a fantasy quarterback and have no intention of winning this week — good news. QB Vince Young is likely to start for the Titans at San Diego and Raiders QB Jason Campbell is expected to get the call against the Seahawks according to the San Francisco Chronicle (via Twitter).

Neither are what you would call a great fantasy start this week. (And we have a full list of QB rankings right here.)

Young has had some good games this year, but he has a history of struggling against the Chargers. In fact, the Chargers crushed the Titans last Christmas. The Chargers are also allowing the fewest points to fantasy quarterbacks this season.

Campbell had a decent line against the Seahawks, topping 200 passing yards and throwing two touchdowns. The Seahawks are around the middle of the pack allowing points to fantasy quarterbacks. But the Raiders are going to be starting rookie WR Jacoby Ford, so expect the Raiders to run the ball with RB Darren McFadden.
