Titans start Collins at QB, but Young active vs. Eagles

Vince Young is active for Sunday’s game against the Eagles, but Kerry Collins will be the Titans’ starting QB.

Young didn’t practice all week because of knee and ankle sprains he suffered during last week’s victory over the Jaguars. Young told NFL Network insider Albert Breer before Sunday’s game that he would test out the knee and ankle to make sure he could play.

The Eagles made Michael Vick their No. 3 QB, meaning rookie Mike Kafka will back up starter Kevin Kolb. Vick hasn’t played since sustaining a rib injury in Week 4.

Full inactives list:

Michael Vick (No. 3 QB)
WR DeSean Jackson
RB Jerome Harrison
CB Trevard Lindley
LB Keenan Clayton
OT Jason Peters
TE Clay Harbor
DT Brodrick Bunkley

Rusty Smith (No. 3 QB)
WR Justin Gage
CB Jason McCourty
S Robert Johnson
LB Rennie Curran
OL Troy Kropog
G Ryan Durand
DT Tony Brown
