Steelers DE Smith out with arm injury

Steelers DE Aaron Smith is out of Sunday’s game against the Dolphins with an arm injury and will not return, according to NFL Network insider Jason La Canfora.

Steelers LB LaMarr Woodley is questionable to return with a hamstring injury.
