Poppinga leaves with knee injury

When it comes to injuries, the Packers simply can’t catch a break.
Brady Poppinga, who started in the place of the injured Clay Matthews Sunday against the Dolphins, left the game during the second quarter with a knee injury and was announced as questionable to return.
Losing Poppinga would be a huge blow for the Packers. With the other starter at outside linebacker – Nick Barnett — out for the season and his backup, Brandon Chillar, inactive against the Dolphins, they can ill-afford any more injuries at linebacker. The game is currently at the half, but it looks like the Packers will be down to their third-string option if Poppinga can’t return in the second half.
