Lions WR Calvin Johnson will play against the Giants on Sunday despite being limited in three consecutive practices with shoulder and knee injuries.
Throwing to Johnson will be Shaun Hill, making his fifth consecutive start in place of injured Matthew Stafford.
The Giants will have two lineup changes.
First, Shayne Graham will be New York’s kicker, only one day after signing with the team. Lawrence Tynes, the regular kicker, can’t play because of a sprained ankle sustained in practice Friday.
Also, center Shaun O’Hara will return after missing three games with an ankle injury.
