Bears will play without LB Briggs vs. Seahawks

Bears LB Lance Briggs (ankle) will not play in Sunday’s game against the Seahawks.

Briggs has been nursing a high ankle sprain all season and aggravated the injury during last week’s 23-6 victory over the Panthers. He missed practice all week and was listed as questionable on the Bears’ final injury report Friday.
