Raiders RB McFadden limited in practice

Can anybody find a reliable fantasy runner from the AFC West? Raiders RB Darren McFadden was limited in practice Wednesday, but QB Bruce Gradkowski was held out.

Even if McFadden returns — and, let’s be honest, that is not a given considering hamstring injuries and player’s injury history — he figures at best to split carries with Michael Bush, who had a nice game against the Chargers and is considered the better option this week vs. the 49ers.

UPDATE: Coach Tom Cable confirms that Bush will be the starter because McFadden is not 100 percent.
