Who needs Marshall when you have Lloyd?

If I told you in the preseason that Brandon Lloyd would have more fantasy points than Brandon Marshall after five weeks, you’d have fitted me with a straight jacket and sent me to the funny farm.
But it’s true — and it’s not even close.
Lloyd has had another monster stat line, this time against a stout Ravens pass defense, putting up 135 yards and two touchdowns. He has now recorded 100-plus yards in every game but one this season.
Marshall has had one 100-yard performance.
A one-time fantasy sleeper with the 49ers, Lloyd has become a monster in the stat sheets filling in for Marshall. At his current rate of production, he’ll finish with more than 1,800 yards receiving.
Can you believe that – 1,800 yards from Brandon Lloyd?
If you were lucky enough to get him off the waiver wire, enjoy the numbers — and try to trade high on Lloyd now!
