Gradkowski leaves with injury; Campbell in

UPDATE II: Even after the Raiders announced he wouldn’t return, Gradkowski made a brief return for one series during the third quarter against the Chargers before being taken out again in favor of Campbell.

UPDATE: The Raiders announced Gradkowski will not return to the game due to a shoulder injury.

Bruce Gradkowski didn’t make it through the first quarter Sunday against the Chargers.

Gradkowski was knocked out of the game late in the quarter after taking a blind-side hit from Chargers OLB Shaun Phillips, and was last spotted heading to the locker room. Judging by the hit and how he hit the turf, Gradkowski might be dealing with a shoulder injury.

The Raiders are saying Gradkowski is probable to return. For now, Jason Campbell is at the helm for the Raiders.
