UPDATE: Jake Delhomme replaced Seneca Wallace with less than 30 seconds remaining in the first half.

While QB Jake Delhomme is active for the Browns, Seneca Wallace will start against the Falcons.

Browns RB Peyton Hillis also is active despite a thigh injury. However, the Falcons will be without WR Michael Jenkins because of an ankle injury.
