Bunkley, Cole, Peters out for Eagles

The Eagles have sustained injuries to several key starters during the first half of Sunday night’s game against the 49ers, as DE Trent Cole, DT Brodrick Bunkley and LT Jason Peters have all been sidelined.

Cole left the game late during the second quarter after pulling up while pursuing a ball carrier. He reached at his right hamstring as he slowed down, and soon after left the sidelines with team trainers. The Eagles have yet to announce his status.

Bunkley left the game with a sprained elbow, and his return was listed as doubtful.

Peters sustained a knee injury, and his return has been listed as questionable. Peters was replaced by backup OL King Dunlap, who is struggling to protect Kevin Kolb’s blind side.
