McCoy owners in trouble for Week 5?

A report from CSNPhilly.com suggests that LeSean McCoy (rib) could be a true game-time decision this week against the 49ers. Considering that the game will be played on Sunday night, fantasy owners who have him could be between a rock and a hard place.

Unless you were able to grab Mike Bell off the waiver wire — or you have someone like Shonn Greene, who plays on Monday night — it’s going to be very difficult to start McCoy because of the uncertain nature of his status.
