Collie a question for Week 5; Garcon back?

The Indianapolis Star reports that Austin Collie (foot) missed practice on Thursday, while Pierre Garcon (hamstring) put in another full practice.
Collie has been one of the hottest wideouts in fantasy football, but it’s clearly time to sell high on him. In fact, it’s been time to sell high on him for the last two weeks.
In the event that Collie is out against the Chiefs (he could be a game-time decision), Garcon would start and see more than his share of targets from the great Peyton Manning. That scenario would make him a viable fantasy starter in all leagues.
The Colts are also dealing with backfield injuries, as Donald Brown (hamstring) and Mike Hart (knee) both missed practice. That means Joseph Addai should see a pretty solid workload.
The Chiefs do have an improved defense, but it’s hard to sit Addai when he’s virtually guaranteed to see 20 touches out of the backfield.
