Walker ruled out for 49ers

The 49ers announced during the third quarter that TE Delanie Walker has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday’s game against the Falcons because of an ankle injury.

Walker was injured during the first half and initially ruled to be questionable to return.

Niners OLB Manny Lawson, who suffered a knee injury during the first half, returned to the field.
