Redskins rookie LT Trent Williams will not suit up for Sunday’s game against the Eagles. Williams is suffering from a toe injury and was limited in practice this week and was listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report.

The Redskins also announced that Lorenzo Alexander would start at outside linebacker instead of Andre Carter.

For the Eagles, OL Nick Cole (knee) is active after not participating in practice Friday and being listed as questionable.
