Browns NT Shaun Rogers, who has been recovering from a broken leg, is active for the season opener at Tampa Bay. The three-time Pro Bowl pick missed the final five games last season after breaking his leg, and he also missed all of training camp and the preseason.

The Raiders decided to hold RB Michael Bush out of Sunday’s season opener against the Titans because of a broken thumb he suffered during the preseason.
