Green-Ellis could be a major sleeper

In last week’s sleeper column, I told people to grab and start Benjarvus Green-Ellis if they needed a flex starter.
Now I’m telling people to pick him up regardless of their needs … and do it now.
“The Law Firm” put up 98 rushing yards and one touchdown against the Bills and has now led the Patriots in carries for two straight weeks. With Fred Taylor (toe) ailing, Green-Ellis should make it three straight weeks as the team’s top runner.
Coach Bill Belichick is short on runners right now, as Laurence Maroney was traded to the Broncos and Kevin Faulk (knee) is done for the season. That makes Green-Ellis his best option – not to mention a must-add player in fantasy leagues.
Shockingly, he’s still a free agent in over 75 percent of NFL.com leagues.
