The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be without wide receiver Maurice Stovall when they play host to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday. Stovall, who had not appeared on the injury report, was declared inactive.

The Bucs did have starting center Jeff Faine, who had been listed as questionable with a calf injury, active.
