Merriman, Vasquez out for Chargers

Two injury updates to pass along for the San Diego Chargers.

The CBS game broadcast announced OLB Shawne Merriman is out with a calf injury and will not return against the Seahawks. Merriman is on the sidelines with his helmet off.

The Chargers are also playing without RG Louis Vasquez, who suffered an apparent left ankle injury during the first quarter. He has been replaced by Tyronne Green. The only other backup lineman available for the Chargers on Sunday is Scott Mruczkowski.
