The Jacksonville Jaguars made two changes to their starting defense for Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Jaguars will start Russell Allen at linebacker in place of Justin Durant, who is out due to an ankle injury. They also will start David Jones at cornerback in place of Derek Cox.
