49ers’ Lewis out with ankle injury

UPDATE: Lewis returned to the game during the fourth quarter for the Chiefs.

The 49ers announced that SS Michael Lewis is questionable to return Sunday against the Chiefs due to an ankle injury.

It’s believed Lewis was injured during the third quarter. He’s been replaced by Reggie Brown.
