Witten, Jenkins sidelined for Cowboys

The Cowboys have been hit by a couple of late injuries against the Bears.
Starting CB Mike Jenkins suffered an undisclosed injury late during the fourth quarter, and needed the help of two trainers to get off the field. The play happened on the Cowboys’ sideline, so it’s not initially clear how Jenkins was injured.
Jason Witten also has yet to return to the game after hitting the back of his head on the turf following a 23-yard reception during the fourth quarter. Witten appeared woozy after getting to his feet, and had to be helped out by RT Marc Colombo before leaving the field. Two team trainers brought Witten to the bench, where it looked like he was pleading his case to get back into the game.
Witten has been roaming the sidelines with his helmet off since, and doesn’t appear happy. You can’t fault the Cowboys for being cautious if Witten was showing any symptoms of a concussion.
Martellus Bennett is currently in for Witten.
