As the Buccaneers aim for a 2-0 start, they will have TE Kellen Winslow, who had been limited in practice with a knee injury and was listed as questionable for today’s matchup against the Panthers.

On the other side, Panthers CB Chris Gamble is active despite an ankle injury. Rookie WR Brandon LaFell is out because of a sore hamstring, meaning Dwayne Jarrett likely will start.
