Broncos rookie WR Thomas making an impact

Demaryius Thomas looks like he’s over that nagging preseason foot injury, as he’s ripping the Seahawks at Invesco Field.

The rookie has eight catches for 97 yards and scored the first touchdown of his NFL career on a 21-yard connection with Kyle Orton. The Georgia Tech product was considered one of the top wideouts in the 2010 class, and he’s showing off his skills in Week 2.

Thomas, who is a free agent in 96.9 percent of NFL.com leagues, will no doubt be a hot name on the waiver wire.
