Forgive me for stating the obvious, but immediately put in a waiver claim for Packers RB Brandon Jackson. Like right now.

Jackson will be a hot name on the waiver wire with Ryan Grant reportedly out for the season.

Jackson will be a solid No. 2 fantasy back going forward, and he there is a chance he can be more involved in the passing game than Grant was. Make your claim for him now because there are not a lot of opportunities to grab a top running back on waivers.

Although one caveat, as pointed out by one of our news editor Chris Bayee, that John Kuhn could take goal-line carries. Which, to me, would just be rude.

Grant suffered an ankle injury in the season opener against the Philadelphia Eagles, and is expected to have a surgical procedure in which at least one screw will be inserted to help the injury heal.
