By now, you’ve likely seen all the highlights and digested all the relevant fantasy stats from the first Sunday of the 2010 NFL season. Here’s a chance to dig a little deeper, with key nuggets from each of Sunday’s games, courtesy of crack NFL Network research guru George Li:

Seahawks 31, 49ers 6

Pete Carroll has won his head coaching debut with all three of his NFL teams (Jets, Patriots, Seahawks) by a combined score of 95-16.

The 49ers were 1-for-15 on third downs (7 percent)

Packers 27, Eagles 20

This was the Packers: 1st win at Philadelphia since 1962 when Vince Lombardi was in his fourth season as Packers head coach.

Michael Vick had 11 rushed for 103 yards – his ninth career 100-yard rushing game, his first since Nov. 26, 2006, when he had 166 vs. the Saints. It was Vick’s seventh career game with 100-plus rushing yards and 100-plus passing yards.

Cardinals 17, Rams 13

For the Cardinals, 17 points is their fewest in a win under Ken Whisenhunt (fewest in a win since Nov. 19, 2006, when they won 17-10 vs. the Lions).

The Rams are 6-43 since 2007 (worst in NFL).

Buccaneers 17, Browns 14

This was the Buccaneers’ first win in a season opener since Sept. 11, 2005 (won 24-13 at Vikings).

Dolphins 15, Bills 10

The Dolphins outrushed Buffalo, 132-50, and had 36:53-23:07 edge in time of possession.

Patriots 38, Bengals 24

The Patriots are 9-0 in home openers at Gillette Stadium.

Tom Brady has won 21 straight home games as a starter in the regular season.

Wes Welker has had 6-plus receptions in 27 of his last 31 games.

Texans 34, Colts 24

This was the Texans: fifth straight win dating back to 2009 (franchise record).

The Texans outrushed the Colts 257-44 (franchise record for Texans).

Peyton Manning had 40 completions to nine for Matt Schaub (largest completion differential for opposing QBs that played the entire game since at least 1960).

Jaguars 24, Broncos 17

The Jaguars defense had three sacks (they had a league-low 14 sacks in 2009). Aaron Kampman had 1.5 of those sacks in his Jaguars debut.

Steelers 15, Falcons 9 (OT)

Rashard Mendenhall’s 50-yard TD run to win it was the longest overtime TD run since Herschel Walker had a 60-yard score for the Cowboys vs. New England in 1987.

Titans 38, Raiders 13

The Raiders have lost eight straight season openers (longest active streak in NFL).

Giants 31, Panthers 18

The Panthers had one TD, one FG, and three INTs in five red-zone trips.

Bears 19, Lions 14

Matt Forte’s 151 receiving yards are the second most by a Bears RB in franchise history (George McAfee had 157 receiving yards vs. the Rams on Dec. 7, 1947).
