Rogers returns to action for Browns vs. Bucs

Browns NT Shaun Rogers, who has been recovering from a broken leg, is active for the season opener at Tampa Bay. The three-time Pro Bowl pick missed the final five games last season after breaking his leg, and he also missed all of training camp and the preseason.

Inactive for the Browns are: Colt McCoy (No. 3 QB), WR Carlton Mitchell, DB Nick Sorensen, LB D’Qwell Jackson, OL Steve Vallos, OT Shawn Lauvo, TE Alex Smith, LB David Bowens.

Inactive for the Buccaneers are: Rudy Carpenter (No. 3 QB), RB LeGarrette Blount, RB Kregg Lumpkin, C Ted Larsen, DL Michael Bennett, WR Maurice Stovall, WR Parker Preston, DE Erik Lorig.
