Blog Blitzers chime in with Week 1 insights

We here at NFL.com are ever objective when it comes to our coverage of all things football. But with Thursday night’s Kickoff game behind us and the rest of the Week 1 games fast approaching, it’s worth reminding everyone that we do have our NFL Blog Blitz partners on hand to provide team-by-team perspective.

Packers blogger Gerrard Diaz does a nice job breaking down the Green Bay-Philadelphia game. And while Diaz still cringes at the thought of fourth-and-26 – the improbably conversion that led to an Eagles’ playoff victory in 2003 – he also likes the idea of veteran defensive coordinator Dom Capers scheming against relatively inexperienced QB Kevin Kolb.

Some of the Blog Blitzers have offered some solid fantasy views, and Chiefs blogger James Adkins chimes in with the belief that rookie receiver Dexter McCluster will have an impact Monday night against the Chargers.
