While I feel bad for QB Byron Leftwich, I don’t think it means Steeler fans should throw in the Terrible Towel.

Since the start of training camp, I’ve considered Dennis Dixon Pittsburgh’s best option at quarterback while Ben Roethlisberger spends time at Commissioner Roger Goodell’s Finishing School… that is, if Mike Tomlin and Bruce Arians modify the offensive philosophy and mix in some running plays for the one-time Heisman candidate. Don’t be surprised, though, if the Steelers go with Old Man Chaz Batch for the sake of stability. All that being said, if either guy is your starting fantasy quarterback in Week One, you have my heartfelt apologies.
