A little rookie hazing? Nope. The video depicts members of the Dolphins looking for Dolphins DE Kendall Langford‘s 2.5 karat earring that he lost during practice. This must go over well with the no-nonsense approach from Dolphins Exec. VP of Football Operations Bill Parcells.
