Best already putting on show against Browns

The Lions offense continues to be impressive, and RB Jahvid Best continues to show that we should not be so quick to label Ryan Mathews as the top rookie running back.

The Lions offense looks much different with Best in the backfield. Best had 61 total yards — including a 51-yard scamper — to set up the Lions first touchdown. And then Kevin Smith followed it up by losing a fumble to set up the Browns’ first touchdown.

After participating in some mock drafts, I am starting to feel more comfortable about picking my No. 2 RB later in drafts, zeroing in on Best. That’s not to say that I will actually do that when it comes time to actually draft my team, but I am very high on Best and a lot of the Lions skills players.
