Going gaga over Cooley

You can already see the difference Donovan McNabb makes with the Redskins. On third-and-14, McNabb hit TE Chris Cooley for a 15-yard reception for a first down.

Quite a difference from Jason Campbell throwing a dump off on third-and-long last year, eh?

And how about my man Cooley?

Yeah, yeah. You do not want to overvalue a player on one play, but these are going to be common in D.C.

I have been very high on Cooley so far this preseason, but now I am fully committed to skip the run on tight ends to just wait for him to fall to me. I am going to monitor Cooley’s average draft position this year and make sure I do not wait too long to grab him.
