Vikings will hold news conference Wednesday

The Vikings released a statement on Tuesday afternoon announcing that coach Brad Childress will address the media from the team’s Winter Park headquarters on Wednesday following the team’s practice at 12:40 p.m. ET.

As for whether we’ll also hear from Brett Favre for the first time, the release said his availability is “to be determined.”

The Vikings’ practice is open to the media, so cameras will be present if Favre does take the practice field with the Vikings.
