Slowly, Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo is unveiling his plan for first overall draft choice Sam Bradford.
Bradford, who reportedly has been taking 50 percent of the reps in practice, splitting them between the first and second units, will get some work with the first-team offense when the Rams play host to the Vikings on Saturday night, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Spagnuolo told reporters Bradford will “get some work with the ones, and then we’ll see where we’re at. I’m not sure how long into that first half he’ll go. We’ll just kind of play it by ear.”
For now, A.J. Feeley remains the Rams’ starter. If Bradford is comfortable in his first game action against an NFL defense and the game isn’t too fast for him, we’re wondering how long that lasts.
