You’re sending the Wolf? Why didn’t you say so?

CANTON, OHIO — Spend any time around the Hall of Fame, or the McKinley Grand Hotel, and you begin to realize how connected Gil Brandt is. He is like the Wolf from Pulp Fiction.
If you need something, just ask him, he will get it for you. Like this tasty beverage I am enjoying.
(And as an aside, if they ever make Gil’s life into a movie, Harvey Keitel would be a great choice.)
But I bring Gil up because yesterday, we had a chat regarding people who should be in the Pro Football Hall of Fame and nobody thought to bring up the man who helped build the Cowboys dynasty? Not even our own moderator.
Come on guys.
Outside of Don Coryell, there is probably no bigger injustice than Gil not being in the Hall of Fame. Thankfully our Pat Kirwan and Craig Ellenport have started to drum up some support for this venture. Honestly, if you just started to ask the players here, they would be all for it. This needs to happen.
