Jenkins wins Jets’ version of ‘The Biggest Loser’

Kris Jenkins is the Jet’s biggest winner, and their biggest loser. Stay with me.

Back on May 10, Jets coach Rex Ryan challenged his two biggest players — Jenkins and OT Damien Woody — to a weight-loss competition that was dubbed “The Biggest Winner.” The deadline was set for the open of training camp, and the official weigh-in on Friday revealed Jenkins lost 33.6 pounds to make him the biggest winner/loser.

Jenkins dropped down to 359. Woody lost 26.2 pounds to get down to 340. Ryan, who had already lost 37 pounds when the competition started, dropped 20 more to bring him down to 291. Probably a contest that Ryan didn’t mind losing.

The winner got to make a donation to his favorite charity, and Jenkins chose Life Pieces to Masterpieces.
