Brett Favre and Jay Cutler might be the most talked-about quarterbacks in the NFC North (sorry, Aaron Rodgers), but how will they fare next season?

Will Favre return and replicate his 2009 success with the Vikings? Can new offensive coordinator Mike Martz help Cutler become the signal-caller the Bears believed they were receiving in their ’09 trade with the Broncos? NFL Network analysts Brian Baldinger, Jamie Dukes and Warren Sapp weren’t shy with their answers to both questions on Monday’s “NFL Total Access.”
